IMPORTANT:
- We deliver an empty sealed custom carton to your chosen pick up address on an agreed working day. If this is not a drop/ship centre you must arrange for someone to sign for the carton. We will try to arrange am or pm delivery slots on request but these cannot always be guaranteed.
- We pick up again a few days later on an agreed day. If this is not a drop/ship centre you must arrange for someone to be there for the pick up. We will try to arrange am or pm pick up slots on request but these cannot always be guaranteed.
- We will deliver the full carton(s) to your nominated address. If you have given us correct contact details (email/telephone numbers etc) we will endeavour to contact them to advise of delivery. You should still advise them to expect a delivery from us, as sometimes Hotels will refuse "unsolicited" deliveries. If there is no one there to receive your shipment there may be additional charges incurred and a delay.
